Arianna Grijalba is a Miami native with Venezuelan roots and a visionary event planner with a flair for design and a functional approach. With a background that includes earning an AS in Culinary Arts and a BS in Food Service Management, graduating Cum-Laude from Johnson and Wales University, and receiving a Master's degree in Event Planning and Protocol from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid, Spain, Arianna's expertise extends beyond her passion for design and production. Her understanding of hospitality and catering has equipped her with unmatched organizational and logistical skills that are vital to creating beautiful and successful events. With a wealth of experience, including working at Designlab Experiences in Dubai and Le Basque Catering, where she had the honor of making a Royal dinner for Their Majesties King Felipe VI and Queen Letizia of Spain during their first official visit to Miami in 2013, Arianna has been exposed to events for up to 2500 guests. Since 2008, she has been involved in Art Basel events for high fashion and art houses. Recently completing a Master's in Entrepreneurship with the Goldman Sachs 10K SB program, Arianna leads House of Design Events as a Managing Partner, Event Mastermind, and Logistic Guru, ensuring that clients receive the highest quality services.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR AND DESIGNER

Maria was born and raised in Medellin, Colombia.  She studied Agricultural Technology and has a lot of love for all animals and plants. When she arrived in Miami, events where a passion and began working with high production florists.  With 21 years in the industry, she is not only the warehouse manager at Plan Design Events but she also provides the team with all that is required for the set ups and breakdowns of all events, from staffing, deliveries and coordination.  Maria controls all the set ups and dismantling events while managing the staff.  Maria is loving and kind, efficient, fast and takes a lot of pride in her work.  In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, gardening, and traveling.

Juan Pablo Zuluaga, also known as Jupa, is an experienced digital marketer with a passion for driving sales and increasing brand awareness. Jupa has a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, which he developed over his 10+ years of experience in the industry. With a talent for team leadership, Jupa draws on his 16 years of competitive athletics and coaching experience to achieve high levels of client satisfaction. In his personal life, Jupa enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and practicing competitive sports.
